Apple ID is disactivated, it is not.

iTunes/AppleID:

My credit was charged for an iTunes service which I did not authorize. So I changed my credit card.

Immediately after, I could not update my Apple store apps, saying Apple ID was disabled, though on my MAC I could.

I am not a computer geek, far from that, Help!

Hello pelhadda,

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you got a message that your Apple ID is disabled. It sounds like it is working when you try on a different device. It could be that you are using two different Apple IDs on the different devices. Are you able to sign into iCloud.com with that Apple ID? I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.

If your Apple ID is locked or disabled
