It was a scam. As long as you didn't give any passwords you should be ok, but by giving your email address you've probably let them know that the email account is active, so you may get phishing emails.
Help IPad Pro. Safari froze with a message that illegal activity has been detected and to call a support number which I did. I was directed to the zoom meetings so. Other than giving my email address am I in danger of being hacked. I gave out no passwords nor did I give my c/c number as I felt this was a scam

Yes no passwords were given, I hung up and blocked the number when they asked for my credit card details
