How do I reorder by name of the Files kept under a Folder in iCloud Drive? Thanks!

Thanks dwb! I could reorder as you have clarified in the Finder window. It was easy. The same ordering is not reflected when I open iCloud.com in my Safari. There i.e in the web, the Documents are not arranged as could be done in the Finder window. See the screenshot, please.
