Issue in Call answer

Dear Sir,

I am unable to hear the person on the other side on receipt of calls.

I don't understand its the signal issue or the IPhone issue.

I have also changed the IPhone with a new SIM Card from my service provider.

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn't clear on your iPhone - Apple Support
