webclips not working in high sierra

webclips not working in high sierra

I was using the webclips configuration to access a few network shares. This was working fine until sierra.
When i upgraded to high sierra , the normal webclips which point to internet sites work just fine. The webclips which point to network shares are no longer work. They open the folder containing webclips configuration. Any idea why this happens ?

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017), macOS High Sierra (10.13.1)

As a test, have you tried recreating one of the network shares webclips? They may have gotten corrupted during the upgrade.

I did try that out , it didn't work. I had also tried it out in a few other machines than my own. It didn't work in any of them
