iOS 11.2.1 cause network fail

When I picked up my phone, I cannot connect to any online service, even my WIFI and cellular are both OK.

I have to reboot my iPhone to fix this problem.

It has occurred 3 times, my friend encountered many times, so reboot many times a day. not any clue how this happen
