iPhone 8 Plus unresponsive

Hi, my iPhone 8 plus suddenly froze. I can unlock my phone/enter passcode no problem, but soon as I get to the home screen i cant swipe left, right or touch anything. I can swipe up for control centre, and bring notifications down but that's it. I have held down the power button to turn off my phone but that too is unresponsive, it just turns off/locks my screen, I also tried hard reset, that again is unresponsive. Please advise, I have had the phone no longer than a month!

Connect to iTunes and do a restore.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

If you still have problems, make an appointment at the Genius Bar or at an authorized service provider to have the phone evaluated.
