How can I include a location in a smart album?

I'm using the Photos app on a Macintosh with OS X High Sierra.

I would like to make a smart album that shows all the photographs from a certain date range that are tagged with a certain location. I know how to do the date range, but I don't see any way to add the location. Please tell me this is possible!
