Fast charging an iPhone is only available on the iPhone 8, 8 Plus, and X models. It requires a USB-C to Lightning cable. After I replied I started wondering the same thing. But it won't be fast and won't work with an iPhone 6 shown in the post (which may or may not be the device in question).

It was -- I never feel like I can expect that those signatures are up to date.
If I've ignored them, they were most likely up-to-date. If I pay attention to them, they probably aren't. That's just the way things work sometimes.
