Context Menu Access Using Keyboard

This is a request for a 'macro' or 'system-wide' enhancement through user customization. Solution could be provided by a third party app, but I would greatly prefer a script solution.

Some operating systems even favor keyboards with the dedicated Menu key that activates context menu for that OS as well as all applications that run on that operating system. Applications must include programming 'hooks' to enable a global keyboard shortcut for context menu, or the dedicated keyboard key, to even run on that operating system.

Apple simply restricts default context menu access to mouse right-click,, keypad double-tap, and perhaps a spoken Siri command. Perhaps there is a script solution to provide context menu access using keyboard.
