2 Factor Authorization Problem

OK, Could be a problem or not but every time I login with my Apple ID on the Apple website, the pop-up window for 2-factor authorization shows that someone trying to login..But it shows a different city and state. Im from near Los Angeles and it always says login from Edison, Nj.. when first noticed i thought it was my VPN since it was set for NYC, so I didn’t think much of it at the time. My soon to be ex wife admitted to turning on family sharing on a iPad I do not own anymore but is it possible she can remotely do this? She’s a super snooper.
