How to Remove Mac Pro as an Audio Device for Phone Calls on iPhone

Since updating to 10.13.2 and iOS11.2, my Mac Pro and Server show up as audio devices to use with my iPhone.

I do not what these computers showing up as an audio device and would rather just use the default speakerphone and iPhone options.

I have turned off Handoff, removed the Bluetooth pairing, turned off calls on other devices, both the server and Mac Pro do not have a camera and mic so Facetime is turned off.

I did log off of iCloud and that removed it. However, I do need iCloud and Messages, etc. on my Mac Pro.

How do I remove these devices?

Okay...I think I figured out:

Under Celluar > Wi-Fi Calling (I had it turned off completely), you need to turn it on and then turn off all of the devices there and leave the Wi-Fi Calling setting "On."

Apparently, turning the option off completely does not work.

Yes, that is also off for all Macs.

The only way I can remove the Macs from the audio options list is to remove the Mac from iCloud.

Even turning off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both and making sure the iPhone is not connected via USB makes a difference.

I looked for other iCould settings and also turned off Content Catching on the Macs off without a difference.

What iPhone app are you using to be able to select an audio device?

On your iPhone there's a setting under Settings / Phone called Calls on Other Devices (iOS 11). Make sure this is OFF. If you turn it on, you will see Macs in the list to enable and use for phone calls.

Make sure you also Sign Out of both FaceTime and Messages on your Mac Pro - don't just disable them. One of them, I think Messages, has a checkbox to use for phone calls. Make sure that's unchecked.
