Why are my notification bubbles pink instead of red? And some of my apps are faded in color as well.
I have reset my phone and the latest upgrade has been installed. I have iPhone 6s Plus.

It sounds like the colors are not appearing as they should on your iPhone, and I'm happy to help. The first thing I would check is your Display Accommodations settings:
