Unable to connect new iPhone to iTunes via MBP.

Receiving "cannot connect to iPhone Error 09" while attempting to update or restore new iPhone X in iTunes via my Macbook Pro.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support

Remember you need at least iTunes 12.7 to communicate to an iOS 11 device.
