Developer folder
I am using Xcode 9.2 but in developer folder Xcode and core simulator files are not showing So please tell me how to find these files

Xcode is most likely in your Applications folder.
What is the path to your Developer folder? It should be the following for Xcode 9:
/Users/YourUsername/Library/Developer
The Core Simulator files should be in that developer folder.
You can also do a Spotlight search in the Finder for Xcode and Core Simulator.
