Hi.. my iphone 5 shuted down...

My iphone5 shutted down and never start up except when i put it in the charger it starts to open on just the apple sighn and come black then apple sighn then black .... and when i push the two bottoms to restart it display the iTunes sighn and it has been written support.apple.com/ipohone/restore

So... i’m not getting what the **** it is!! Anyone knows what’s it problem is pleeeeaaaase just tell me :’(
