help with uploading photos

hi need help can't seem to access or upload my photos when using others apps or safari ? ie: making birthday cards on moon pig.

and again

access your your photos using the media browser - near the bottom of every open/attach/upload window - scroll down to media ==> photos ==> photos

You do NOT access the pictures folder - you use the media browser as posted

If the use as system library is dim then it is the system library so you can access them via the media browser

ok I'm totally confused? I'm on safari and trying to use moonpig.com to make a birthday card when i click on upload picture it brings up my file list which says pictures but its not highlighted ? won't let me select this ?

first make sure that your Photos library is set as the system library (Photos preferences ==> General) and then access your your photos using the media browser - near the bottom of every open/attach/upload window - scroll down to media ==> photos ==> photos
