In-app purchase problem EA Madden Mobile
In EA Madden Mobile the app crashed mid-purchase yesterday. Since then I cannot make any in-app purchases and get the message "Purchase Failed. We're sorry but the transaction was not successful. We'll try again later."
I have signed out of iTunes/iCloud account on all devices.
I have done hard resets on all devices.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. T
I have tried it on both iPad and iPhone.
I have tried it on wi-fi and on LTE network.
I have verified that my payment method is valid.
I have contacted EA support who could not find any issue and directed me to Apple Support.
I still have the same issue.
