How can I download the ICloud app on iPhone?

A while ago I deleted the ICloud app because I thought I would never use it but recently I bought the 200g of storage on ICloud and I don’t have the app. I want to look at what’s in my ICloud and see if it has my pictures so I can delete some of them on my phone to free up space. Whenever I search it up when I swipe up on my home screen it takes me to the app on the App Store but it says “This app requires specific features not available on this device.”

What iOS version do you have installed? With iOS 11 and later, the Files app has replaced the iCloud Drive app.

Also be aware that photos synced to iCloud via iCloud Photo Library are not stored in iCloud Drive. Additionally, be aware that iCloud Photo Library is a syncing service. Any photo you delete from a device where iCloud Photo Library is turned on will also be deleted from iCloud and from any other device connected to that iCloud Photo Library. You can potentially reduce the storage space required on a device by turning on Optimize Storage. See: iCloud Photo Library - Apple Support

Apple does not currently offer cloud-only storage for photos. If that is what you want or need, you may want to explore 3rd party options such as Google Photos or Dropbox.
