It would be helpful if you told us whatever remedies you have tried.
Do you have reason to suspect your iPhone's storage is full? It seems like that's likely.
Perhaps you've already used iTunes to examine your storage use.
Delete what you can if this is a possible cause. Otherwise, either restore the iPhone or bring it to an Apple Store or Authorized Apple Service Center for an assessment and advice about next steps.
Yeah I got this phone a couple weeks ago so I know it’s not the storage being full because I try not to keep too much. I’ve plugged it in to my computer to check iTunes and I’m trying to avoid the store during the holiday hours for now but thanks. I was just wondering if the IOS updates may have affected things and I wasn’t the only one but I guess I’ll try to get into the store eventually.
