I really need to remotely enable Find My iPhone

Hi everybody,

Yesterday I've just lost my iPhone 6S. The iPhone is connected to iCloud; however, its Find My iPhone service is not enabled. So, is there anyway to remotely enable it? I really want to bring my iPhone back and will be very very grateful if someone can help. Thank all of you for your future reply.

the iPhone used to have find my iPhone enabled, However, while everything were in a mess, i ACCIDENTALLY removed that iPhone from the device list while trying to erase the device, because i use Vietnamese as my find my iPhone language in which "erase" and "remove" are exactly the same, so i just tap on the "xoá" button, which means both "remove" and "erase" and it resulted as told. So does that mean i cannot re-enable it anymore ? Or can i re-enable it ? I really need to bring back my stolen iPhone. I also maintain its IMEI and i'll give you if you want the proof.
