OpenTable on Watch will not Connect

I have Apple Watch 3 on OS 4.2, with iPhone on iOS 11.2.1

I have then OpenTable App on my iPhone - and I am signed in.

OpenTable shows up on my Watch fine. But when I try to open it I get an error: "You're not signed in on iPhone".

But I am!

I have tried:

signing out on my iPhone and back in again
removing the iPhen App and reicntalling
remving OpenTable from the Watch, and back again

Nothing works - any ideas anyone?

I wrote recently to opentable and received reply that application not supported on Apple Watch. Now I understand why opentable app disappeared from I Watch app list.
