HTML widget on iPad wont load

I've created a HTML widget and I can't get it to work at all on my Ipad Air 2. The widget is packaged correctly with all the requirements, if I preview it on my Mac it works correctly, it shows the Default.png, when clicked on it launches the widget in fullscreen. On iPad it shows the Default.png but when clicked on it does not launch the HTML widget it only makes the Default.png go to full screen. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
