How to Fix iPhone 7 stuck on apple logo?

My iPhone 7 is frozen on the start up screen. I've tried force restarting and it doesn't want to turn on. I can still turn it off and I feel the home bottom like it's turning on but it's just stuck on the apple logo. I tried recovery mode and it won't work.

Recover it by using iTunes

Turn Off
your iPhone 7 if it isn't off already.
1. Press and hold down the On/Off button on the right side (iPhone 6 or later) or top (all other iPhones) for 3 seconds.
2. Swipe the slide to power off
  confirmation slider to the right.
