Back camera looks like this when I take a picture but the back glass isn’t cracked or anything!?

Try a reboot press the power button down &menu button hold both down until you see apple logo.

If you have a iPhone 7 /8 press the power button down &the side down volume button Hold both down until you see apple logo.

If this doesn't work make an appointment at Apple store For checking.
