Why cant I download Youtube?

Ive been trying to download Youtube on my iPhone 7 for two days now and it wont download. When i click the cloud with the arrow button (meaning download an app ive downloaded before, which ive downloaded Youtube on my iPod 5) it shows the circle loading thing and then it just turns into the cloud image again. Nothing else happens.

Hey, thanks so much! I did what you suggested and signed out of my itunes, then went to the appstore and clicked “Get” over youtube and it asked for me to sign in and it worked!

Hi there,

Have you tried signing out of your iTunes store in Settings? Try signing out the back in again and see if that revolves the issue.
