can my iphone be hacked through personal hotspot?
I allowed someone to use my iPhone's personal hotspot and now I wonder if he could have accessed data on my phone through the tether ? Anyone? 🙂

No. They can't. But if you want to prevent the from using the hotspot without your permission, you should change the password for it.
