Iphone x bluetooth issue

Can anyone help how to fix bluetooth issue of my Iphone X to Bose wireless speaker?

I tried several tips which I read in different forums (e.g. Network Reset, Bluetooth on and off) and still not successful.

Also cannot detect to any device like my Tag Heuer Android wear.

The only message when turning bluetooth is “pair to apple watch? Connect to watch up”

Have you tried a "Force Restart" http://osxdaily.com/2017/11/17/how-force-restart-iphone-x/

Under Settings/Bluetooth do you see something like this,

eg. "My Devices" section and "Other Devices" with a rotating wheel icon indicating searching.

Any suitable devices should I believe appear under the latter section so you can select, then following pairing they appear in the former section (this is from memory, haven't tried recently!), if they don't either they are not compatible or something is preventing the process.

I don't have an Apple Watch but you say that's all you see - but text above says Watch should be paired via Watch App, could this be preventing other devices being discovered - have you tried turning off the Watch to see what happens.

If you have the ability to reset your Bose speaker to factory settings, do that. Then put your Bose in pairing mode and see if you can connect. For the watch, you likely need to see what directions they have for unpairing it from the previous before you can pair it to a new phone. I'd check the Tag user manual or go online to see what they recommend.
