iTunes asks me to update my billing info and then freezes when I try to do so.

When I go into iTunes to try and purchase anything, it asks me to sign in, so I do that no problem, then when i try to make a purchase it says to update my billing info (which hasn't changed since the last time I made a purchase) and as soon as I click on anything on the billing info page, it freezes and shuts the program down.

I understand that when you try to purchase content in iTunes on your Windows 10 PC, it asks you to verify your payment information then stops responding and quits. I'm happy to provide some help for this issue.
