Icon Bluetooth gone missing

Hi,

I have macbook pro 2015, yesterday by Bluetooth icon gone missing, even after restarting the pram and nvram ,i did format to the computer and it didn't help too. when i enter the system preferences and click on network , Bluetooth is missing (not in the list at all) (attaching screen shot)

how can i fix it? thanks

Hold the "option" key down and click the  icon in the menu bar.

If "Bluetooth" is listed under Hardware, Startup in Safe Mode.

Start up in Safe Mode. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Once in Safe Mode, click the “Restart” button at the bottom.

If Bluetooth is not listed, contact Apple. Contact Apple Support
