Complications on my Mickey Mouse face

You may be referring to the World Clock or Sunrise / Sunset complication.

Follow the instructions here to select and manage your watch faces for your Apple Watch and to configure which complications are displayed where on supported faces:

When customising a complication, options including turning it off, in which case no content will be displayed there and that space will remain blank on the watch face.

Note that the "Off" option is shown at the top of the list of options, rather than in alphabetical order (which is how the other content options are listed).
