All my settings in notifications and messages are on and set to view on the lock screen. Do not disturb is off.
I've reset the phone and still cannot see my messages when the screen is locked.
Anyone has a solution?
iPhone X, iOS 11.2.1
Have you checked:
Settings>Notifications>Show Preview (1st option) should be "always".
Then scroll down to Messages app and check: Banner (permanent instead of temporary), the scroll down again to show previews... that should be "always".
