Apple Watch Series 3 No Sim

I am having issues connecting my Apple Watch Series 3. I have had two reps from Verizon say that it must be an AT&T watch(which doesn't exist). I then was looking on the watch and it says under cellular "No Sim" "No Connection." Everything that I have read is from September saying there is going to be a fix, I have not found an answer as to what I need to do to get my watch working over cellular? Any suggestions or troubleshooting?

Hi

Follow the instructions here to set up the built-in cellular feature on Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular):

Note that a service plan is required for your iPhone that specifically includes support for Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular), including the carrier activating the device on the plan. An activation fee and ongoing monthly cost may apply:

If you still need help, then, in the first instance, I suggest that you contact your cellular carrier for further assistance.

Depending on your carrier's advice, if you then still help, contact Apple Support, make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider for assistance:
