how to make cd labels on iMac

what is best software for making CD labels on iMac? The Brother cd label app cannot find the Brother printer on my system. The MFC J870DW is not hard wired to the iMac. The printer is connected to my network. I can print ordinary documents. But when I put a disc in the disc printing tray, the Brother app says it cannot find a Brother printer.
