Hey thamays,

If I understand correctly, you are trying to reinstall macOS High Sierra, and it is saying the disk is locked. One thing you may want to try is to boot using CMD-R and try to repair the drive using Disk Utility, they try to reinstall again. I would recommend you read this article and use it to help troubleshoot the issue.
