I can't shut down my MacBook Pro 2016 after high Sierra

My MacBook Pro was working fine until I installed this high Sierra. now It cannot shut down, I have to force it. And don't restart either.

I don't have a recovery disk, I only have a backup on time machine.

Other then that, the computer works fine?!

Can anyone help please?

You've got a ton of adware and PUPs (Potentially Unwanted Programs)

Remove the adware by clicking on the links within your Etrecheck report.

Uninstall BitDefender(BDLDaemon is from BitDefender) Avira, and CleanMyMac as per developer's instructions. No Anti-Virus software or so-called cleaning apps are needed or recommended for Mac OS. They can conflict with Mac's own built-in software. At best they will slow your Mac by using unnecessary resources and at worst will bork your entire system.

Thank you for your reply. But it didn't repair the problem.

When I work on the computer, I have no problems and you can't tell there is a problem of this kind except when I want to restart or shut down. Then he refuses and that's it, I must force shutdown.

I tried SMC and I clicked the link how to SMC your computer, but the symptoms are different from what I have?!

How to know if you need to reset the SMC

These symptoms might mean that an SMC reset is necessary:

  • Your computer's fans run at high speed, even though it isn't under heavy usage and is properly ventilated.
  • The keyboard backlight behaves incorrectly.
  • The status indicator light, if present, behaves incorrectly.
  • Battery indicator lights, if present, behave incorrectly on Mac notebooks with a non-removable battery.
  • The display backlight doesn't respond correctly to ambient light changes.
  • Your Mac doesn't respond when you press the power button.
  • Your Mac notebook doesn't respond properly when you close or open the lid.
  • Your Mac sleeps or shuts down unexpectedly and you can't turn it back on.
  • The battery doesn't charge properly.
  • Your MacBook or MacBook Pro doesn't charge through its built-in USB-C port.
  • Your MacBook or MacBook Pro doesn't recognize external devices that are connected to its built-in USB-C port.
  • The MagSafe power adapter LED, if present, doesn't indicate the correct charging activity.
  • Your Mac performs unusually slowly, even though its CPU isn't under an abnormally heavy load.
  • A Mac that supports target display mode doesn't switch into or out of target display mode as expected, or it switches into or out of target display mode at unexpected times.
  • The illumination around the I/O ports on a Mac Pro (Late 2013) doesn't turn on when you move the computer.
