microsoft all in one media keyboard

I am trying to get my microsoft all in one media keyboard to work with my smart TV. It does work, but I want to sync the home key on the keyboard with the TV (see pic). How do I do it? I plugged the keyboard's dongle into my mac in hopes of downloading the Mouse and Keyboard center, but I can't.
