Why I can't run diagnostic when I want to buy AppleCare+?

Hi,

I am trying to add a AppleCare+ for my iphoneX. And I am trying to do it through the online tool, which requies a online diagonostic.

However I start the diagnostic, it showed below message. What it said is: Can't start diagnostic conversation. Error when connecting to Apple Support.

Anyone knows how to solve it?

Call into Apple support. They will run the diagnostic for you, then send you the secure link to your email so that you can purchase AC+
