Trouble connecting To the studio sync Bluetooth shelf with my iPhone 7 plus
My shelf comes up when the Bluetooth is on but it always says it’s unsucessful when I’m right next to it
Try the steps provided in this support guide:
If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If nothing helps, I'd try to contact your Studio Shelf Manufactorer's support team, and ask if they have a firmware update available.
