Deregister imessage

I have problem with phone number

In indonesia we have 12 digits number

Where to deregister online we can only put up to 10 digits

Ive tried changing my password but the number still there

Ive tried to contact hotline but there’s no option for indonesia phone number, only via singapore number

Any insight on my case? Thanks
