my apple pay is saying i have an invalid card

I am trying to set up Apple Pay on my new iPhone and it is saying I have an invalid card but all the details are the same on my card and it worked on my old phone.

I’ve googled faqs on Apple support and it said to check the region which I have done and reset my phone but still nothing.

Any ideas??
