My iPhone X touch screen is NOT sensitive to grab hyperlinks

My iPhone X won’t grab hyperlinks after I click on them several times. It wants to copy or paste

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.1

If you followed the steps in that support document, then the next step is to contact Apple Support. You can start a support request by going to Support. Or you can make a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store to have the device examined. They will explain your options from there.
