Cant download games on the Ipod Touch I got for my kids for Christmas.

Are you tapping 'Get' and then rather downloading it simply says 'Get' again without any error messages appearing?

Should be able to get games and most Apps that can be used on an iPhone on them.

That means its not completing the download. There's been several reports of issues with the App Store recently. Considering how many people may have received iOS devices for christmas and are trying to download content, its not surprising there may be some issues with overcrowding of Apple's store servers.

You may want to wait for a while and try again a little later.

What says "done"?

Once an App is downloaded, the "Get" button or the Price button in the App store should turn into an "Open" button. There nothing that would say "done", anywhere.

Again how are you downloading thse games. What exactly are you doing?

You need to explain in detail what steps you are following so we can understand what is happening.

What happens when you try to download a game?

Are you downloading them from the App Store?
