I recently made an 'in app purchase' using a gift card. The purchase cost $4.99 and it was for 20 crystals (A SALE at the time stated that game would double the crystals for all purchases). The game said my purchase was successful but I did not receive 20 or 40 crystals. I checked my account balance and $4.99 was subtracted.
Please advise,

Thats just the beginning of the dishonesty present in this code.... This app developer has a good sense of style but no morals. They are thieves as can be further evidenced by the fact that they have no support website. Apple has dropped the ball on continuing to allow this developer to sell their lies in the App Store.’
Oh, I read your post and have reported the problems everywhere I could on the apple site. Unfortunately, so far, all i can find so far are a few drop down menus to describe my problems... I would love to be able to directly communicate with the app dept. Thanks for link!
Who is Doan Lan? They supposedly are the developer of this game, but click their links and go nowhere. Come on Apple...
Same issue happened to me i paid 10 $ to buy 5000 gold items and 2 jets , transaction done but nothing has happened .
Feels like a spam .
How could apple allow such games on app store !
