Factory Reset

Hello! Trying to reset my macbook air to factory settings, which Version 10.11.6 OS X El Captian.

But i having a problem such when I keep pressing the ''command+R" to screen comes that, I don't understand what is that, can someone help me please??? User uploaded file

That Mac has been protected with a frimware password How to set a firmware password on your Mac - Apple Support

If you don't remember your firmware password you'll have to take it in to the Apple Store or AASP along with your original purchase reciept to have it unlocked.
