Can someone who doesn't have Apple Music access the music on a playlist I share with them via email?

I made a playlist for a work meeting we have weekly and am leaving my job. My co-workers need to access the playlist but they do not have Apple Music.

If I share the playlist with them via email can they play the music from there?

How can I get them access to listen and download the playlist I share?

iPhone 6s, iOS 11.2.1

Good morning moewing,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand you would like to share your Apple Music playlist with your co-workers after you leave your current job. One or more of your co-workers would have to join Apple Music in order to play your shared playlist. If they don't want to purchase an Apple Music Membership, they would need to purchase the songs in the iTunes Store and create their own playlist on their local device.
