Bootcamp display issue

Haven't had any issues running Bootcamp on my MBP (15-inch retina, early 2013) for years. A few days ago I booted it up and the laptop display is corrupted. It still runs an external monitor fine and the OSX side is good as well. Could the driver for the laptop display have gotten corrupted somehow? What is the best action for fixing?User uploaded file

No restore point. However I went to the nVidia website and found a newer version of the driver. Installed and fixed the laptop display issue. I left my computer plugged in and powered for a few days on the Windows side, reopen the laptop and the display issue came back. I reinstalled the driver and it fixed the problem again. Trying to figure out what could be corrupting the driver, thinking now it's some kind of background process.
