iTunes payment cancellation form

Dear All,


I have receive an invoice from Apple iTunes.

But i didn't do the pruchase.

How can I cancel the payment ?

Where can I get the cancellation form ?

Please let me know how.

Read the thread. It is probably a phishing attempt and not from Apple. Do not click on any links, do not provide any information. Check your iTunes Purchases, and your bank account to ensure there was no charge, then delete the message. See this support document. At the bottom of the receipt you should see something to the below:


To cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving this receipt, report a problem or contact us.

Learn more about your right of withdrawal

Was your credit card charged? Was this an e-mail you received? Are you sure the message is legitimate? Does it contain a link for you to sign in somewhere? It may be a scam.



Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you and the e-mail will be from @apple.com.

Send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it.

Has your credit card been charged? Please examine the e-mail carefully as it may be a scam. Apple will always address you by your name or the name they have on file for you and the e-mail will be from @apple.com. If those 2 conditions aren't evident in the e-mail,

send the e-mail to Apple as an attachment to a new e-mail before deleting it.

You didn't order what ? If you've received an email have you checked your iTunes account's purchase history and checked to see if the email is a phishing email :
