I want to export and save my library as a opml file, but when I go to podcasts--->file--->library--->export libary, I can only choose xml to svae it, not opml. I need an opml file though for AntennaPod. How can I export my library as an opml file?

Try selecting the Podcasts section of the library in the sidebar first, then you should get an option under File > Library > Export Playlist... for exporting Podcasts Subscription files (*.opml) with a suggested filename of Podcasts.opml.

If you want to export your podcasts to another podcast app, make sure you choose File, Library, Export Playlist (NOT Export Library).
The .opml format it is for migrating the subscription information rather than the collection of downloaded episodes.

Yes, but the problem here is that nilliloo was pressing the wrong buttons.
That's what I did. It only gives me the option to save as xml.
