I had talked to someone in technical support, and they informed me of all of the issues listed in your post. I recommend contacting Technical Support using the live chat option. It is extremely quick! And so easy to use. I would recommend it to everyone who is needing help with anything!. All you have to do is explain the issues that you're having and they will take it from there. It's as simple as 123. GOOD LUCK!

I had recently talked to someone on the TS Team, and they had

told me about all of the issues that you have listed in your post. I 100% recommend that you contact TS using the LIVE CHAT option. Just explain any and all issues/problems that you are having and they'll jump right into action. They will try to help you with everything that you are having trouble with. And they will work with you until the issues/problems have been completely resolved or have been fully and completely dealt with. It's just that easy!
